Approach: In a positive
atmosphere with easy conversation the morning will be facilitated
using the human givens approach to look at how to: identify personal
needs, effectively use one’s own innate resources to meet these
needs and to develop the skills to enhance the carers life. This will be a fun way of carers building on their own strengths and
those of others around them and will include a relaxation session.
